Give yourself a late summer week in Greece – the very best season where the heat is replaced by pleasantly straight-forward warm weather; the water is warm and soft;
We arrange a trip to Ocea Retreat (www.ocearetreat.com), which lies beautifully on the north coast of the eagle directly out to the sea. Stelios, which has the place, serves delicious breakfasts in the open pavilion – Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, homemade bread, jam, cheese, coffee and tea.
There is currently much talk about what the meaning of our lives is – both at the personal and the greater societal level, is there any meaning at all? And can you find it if it’s gone? Is meaning the same as happiness? And can one find meaning with life if one does not believe in a greater divine meaning? Or the other way around?
The concept for this week is that we invite you to share and give what you have at heart and are passionate about: “What is the meaning?” – it can be a presentation, a personal life-loving, an exercise, a body work, a play – almost anything that highlights and is your comment / contribution to the question.
Your contribution may have a bodily, mental, physical and / or philosophical basis.
You have 2-3 hours at your disposal during the week, and you must answer “yes” to the following:
– you must burn for yourself what you want to convey to the group;
– your dissemination must be experience-oriented – ie You must involve the group in some form of activity / cohabitation;
– your “fuel” must relate to psychological / bodily / philosophical / psycho-therapeutic areas, within this framework you decide;
– If there are more “hot spots” than there are mornings / afternoons, we choose and put together the program, which hi think it becomes the most relevant and / meaningful.
The structure becomes such that every day there is breakfast at. 9-10, then a bodily program at. 10-11.
Kl. 11-13 there is morning program, kl. 13-16 lunch and afternoon break for bathing, city trip, hike, talk together, relax, be alone, write in book – just as one desires.
Kl. 16-19 there is afternoon program, and then the evening is free to go out and eat dinner etc.
We are planning a day off in the middle of the week, where we invite you on a wonderful trip to a secret waterfall up in the mountains, morning coffee under the plane trees in a cozy little mountain town, and an afternoon on the most beautiful beach on the south coast.
We rent cars so we can easily get around and visit different places on the island and make our purchases.

You live in a single room – or share an apartment with 1-2 others, where you have a shared kitchen and bathroom.
All rooms / apartments overlook the sea.
